My mission is to help you achieve greater balance, strength, endurance and flexibility in your self and in your life.

We all have dreams or desires we have chosen to discard, some for valid reasons and some not. Yet these dreams and desires keep popping back up. Year after year you think you’ve decided to move on and suddenly, there they are again—in an advertisement, a random comment or a feeling in your gut. This happens for a reason. Now is the time to bring these dreams to life.

As a Life Coach, I want to help you find the sense of fulfillment you want and deserve. I will be by your side to support you every step of the way. I will help you to identify your goals, determine the actions to take and find the courage and confidence to discover your best self.

What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach is different from a mentor, consultant, advisor, therapist or counselor but Life Coaching does utilize some of the most effective principles of all these professions.

The coaching process addresses specific personal objectives, business successes, general circumstances and transitions in a client’s life, relationships and work by examining:

What is going on right now?

What are the obstacles or challenges?

What course of action will make your life be what you want it to be?

Where do you begin?

I believe that in order to solve a problem in any one area of our lives, we have to take into account the effect on our minds, bodies, souls and emotions. I also believe we must ground all ideas in reality and decide what will work for you in your life, not what would be ideal. Most importantly, I believe we must start with the first small step.

Who will benefit from working with me as a Life Coach?

Anyone who is motivated to change, not afraid to work hard and willing to leave their comfort zone to explore.

Do any of these sound familiar:

“I should be content, but I feel stuck.”

“My life is good enough so I shouldn’t complain or want more.”

“There’s something nagging at me.”

“My old life has changed and I want my new life to be interesting and fulfilling.”

“I feel guilty and selfish for not being satisfied.”

“I watch a hamster on a wheel going nowhere and think, ‘Hey, that’s me.’”

“I am doing the same things over and over but nothing is improving or changing.”

“I don’t even know what my expectations are.”

“I deserve better but don’t know how to get there.”

If you see yourself here, you can benefit from working with me as your Life Coach.

How does Life Coaching work?

I begin by assuming you have all the answers. It’s true. You do. You just haven’t been asking the right questions. I ask lots of questions. Some of them will challenge you, some will spark exciting ideas, and all will make your path clearer and more accessible.

Together, we will develop a plan and appropriate actions steps. I will help you be accountable for these steps and your progress.

I invite you to try a free sample one hour session. This will give us an opportunity to get to know each other and for you to get a feel for my coaching style.

Who are you?

You are…

Your physical body including your health, fitness and overall wellness.

Your intellectual mind including your interests and hobbies, your education and role in life (ie. job, title..)

Your spiritual soul, sometimes thought of as your heart, which includes your sense of connectedness, worthiness, confidence and your desire to be loved and valued.

Your emotions, which are most often controlled by your thoughts, circumstances, past history, stressors and satisfactions in life.

Life Coaching helps you learn to develop balance, strength, endurance, and flexibility in each of these areas of your life.

What are your goals? What will give you a sense of balance in a life that is constantly changing? What does balance feel or look like to you?

Working on strength and endurance will help you break a bigger, sometimes frightening goal down into smaller, more achievable steps which you can continue to conquer one at a time.

You will rely on your flexibility to learn from missteps, make adjustments and allow for both expected and unforeseen realities life may throw at you. You will learn to quiet the inner critic that has stopped you in the past and remain focused on the purpose of your journey and the results you deserve.
